Ryan R. Blue, a dynamic leader and the CEO of The Blue Chip Brand, has dedicated his life to service, leadership, and empowering athletes. Born in Fayetteville, NC, Ryan is the third of four children raised by wonderful parents. His journey of impact and resilience began shortly after graduating high school in 2007 when he answered the call to duty and enlisted in the U.S. Army.

Over 11 years in the military, Ryan served his country with distinction, completing one tour in Iraq and two tours in Afghanistan. His unwavering commitment to duty and his experiences in the Army have shaped his character and leadership style.

In 2011, Ryan married the love of his life, Tamika, and together they are the proud parents of three beautiful daughters – Brooklyn, Diamond, and Gianna. As a devoted #GIRLDAD, Ryan finds inspiration in his family and strives to be a positive role model for his daughters.
